WORKSHOP OF THE DDO'S TO SORT OUT ISSUES RELATING TO PENSION AND GPF MATTERS.

Accountant General-II, Nagpur has organised a workshop in relation to pending pension cases and GPF matters.It is requested that all the DDO,s should attend the said workshop with proper compliances for the aforesaid pending matters. The workshop will be as follwos.
The workshop is meant only for DDO,s and hence other visitors like Pensioners etc. will not be entertained.

1) Dt :08/11/2011-  DDO,s from Nagpur(Rural) and Wardha.
2) Dt. 09/11/2011-  DDO,s from Nagpur Metropolis.

SUBMISSION OF PAY BILLS IN "SEVARTH" ONLY

AS per the instructions received from the Finance Department, Govt. of Maharashtra Dt.2oth,October 2011,it has made compulsory to all the Drawing and Disbursing Officer to submit their Pay Bills in "SEVARTH" format only, from November-2011 paid in December-2011.

All the DDO's must note that in any situation pay bill without "SEVARTH" will not be entertain by Treasury.
 
Hence, it is requested to all the DDO's to take note of the same and make all the possible arrangement to meet the laid criteria and co-operate.
