INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING SALARY BILL FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL-2012

As decided in Meeting with Secretary A & T  ...it is sure that no old Sevaarth will be available. IFMS Sevaarth System is likely to start at 17:15 hours today..(Now). If DDOs at all unbable to generate new Sevaarth Payrole they will have option only to generate bills in NEW Sevaarth or they present Manual Bills only for this month. And DDO's can submit such generated or manually made salary bill to the treasuryon 28/04/2012 and 29/04/2012.

Treasury officers give all needful cooperation to DDOs and resolve their issues with help of TCS and DAT support team which is available on saturday and Sunday.

 The Treasury will remain open on 28/04/2012 and 29/04/2012 and will function as regular.

REGARDING SEVAARTH AND NEW PAY ROLL SYSTEM

                                      NOTICE

All Drawing and Disbursing Officers are informed that from 05/04/2012 neither SEVAARTH nor NEW SEVAARTH (PAY ROLL SYSTEM developed by M/s T. C. S.) will be available. Similarly, DCPS system will also not be available from 05/04/2012.

New Sevaarth ONLY (developed by M/s TCS), including DCPS will be available from 11/04/2012 for DDOs in Mumbai, Nashik, Pune and Konkan Regions. For DDOs in Nagpur, Aurangabad and Amravati Regions the system will be available from 16/04/2012.

All DDOs are therefore requested to update details, if any, after availability of the system on dates shown above (11/04/2012 or 15/04/2012, as applicable) and generate pay bills for April, 2012 payable in May, 2012. The URL will be the same as it is today. (sevaarth.mahakosh.gov.in) USER MANUAL will also be available for guidence of DDOs.

राज्य शासकीय निवृत्ती वेतन धारक जे नागपूर कोषागारातून निवृत्ती वेतन घेतात त्यांना
सूचित करण्यात येते कि मार्च-२०१२ चे निवृत्ती वेतन दि . ०3- एप्रिल- २०१२ ला प्रदान करण्यात येईल.

REGARDING PENSION FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH-2012 PAID IN APRIL-2012

ALL THE PENSIONER OF MAHARASHTRA STATE GOVT. THOSE WHO ARE GETTING PENSION FROM NAGPUR TREASURY ARE HEREBY INFORMED THAT THE PENSION FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH-2012 PAID IN APRIL-2012 IS SENT TO CONCERN BANK AND THE SAME WILL BE PAID TO THEM ON 4TH OF APRIL 2012.
